KEY WORKING PARAMETERS
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
As a Senior Director, Frontline Marketing, you will be responsible for leading Frontline Marketing team, working together with European Marketing team, and building bottler & franchise relations. This role requires ability to drive system engagement and influence senior stakeholders as the role is responsible for day-to-day contact & alignment with Local CCEP Bottler.
Senior Director, Frontline Marketing will:

Lead, coach and provide direction to the the Netherlands Frontline Marketing Team and members of project teams. Drive the team performance, personal development and culture for the extended Netherlands Marketing team. Represent Marketing function and plans in the Netherlands LT.

Develop and deliver short- (1 year) and mid-term (2-3 years) business/brand plans identifying business objectives, strategies, key initiatives, and performance measurements by using insights collected from situation assessment, marketplace information, etc. to support the OU category and brand growth targets. Track brand performances and course correction plans to (over)deliver BP targets.

Assess attractive local (OU) consumer opportunities that are currently untapped by the Company by leveraging consumer research to identify new volume and profit growth areas (e.g., new beverage sub-categories, new packaging opportunities, new merchandise categories, new channels of distribution to sell licensed merchandise), in close partnership with Commercial and Franchise Leadership.

Oversee localization and real-time amplification of Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) campaigns within the market, providing input to OU IMX team and managing local relationship with our partner agency WPP.

Drive bottler alignment on the Marketing transformation agenda (evolution of our Global Marketing Strategy), including portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans (objectives, marketing investments, success metrics and activity calendars, including Innovation projects and IMX Campaigns) in partnership with Customer & Commercial, and Franchise Operations.

Provide input on OU-and Market-level portfolio strategy, brand plans (activities, calendars, execution of allocated DME) and local innovation opportunities.

Provide market input for the development of OU- and market-level Innovation projects and IMX campaigns (as applicable)

Lead cross-functional teams on work assignments and tasks; provide direction and manage timeline milestones to achieve KPIs and desired objectives.

Plan and manage efficiently DME to deliver the OU and market OKRs.

Manage local brand(s) when applicable.
Senior Director, Frontline Marketing will carry out duties through her/his team (including situational coaching and talent development) and individually; and interacting regularly with her/his Regional Frontline Marketing and broader Europe OU marketing team.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Ability to respond fast to changing environment and course correct in due time, scenario planning thinking. Track record in successful change management.

Effective communication and collaboration with key partners (category marketing teams, bottler, external agencies, other functions), and ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Significant marketing and leadership experience (12-15 years), including marketing activation. Experience across multiple categories and innovation experience (demonstrated ability to lead a concept from idea to shelf) is considered a plus.

Ability to understand market dynamic, competitive moves/understanding and design relevant plans to win in the market, leveraging business, finance, and commercial insights.

Proven record of leadership impact and coaching teams. Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred.

Good project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects at the same time and deliver high quality on time.

Languages: English fluent required, Dutch an advantage
Travel requirements:
