Manager, Other Sparkling, Fanta

The role of this position is to lead brand management for Flavored sparkling category (FSSD) in Korea, including but not limited to Fanta, Dr. Pepper, other regional sparkling brands, and new brands.

In partnership with J&SK cross-functional teams, Global FSSD community network, and the bottlers, he/she will be expected to deliver high-quality brand experiences to the consumers and customer in the most disruptive, effective and efficient way, and to develop disproportionate and innovative platform for the growth of business.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Lead the development of short to mid-long term growth strategies and represent business plans for respective FSSD brands in Korea, setting the agenda, vision, business objectives & financial targets, for the acceleration of unlocking full business potential

  • Lead brand business diagnosis (consumer centric, as well as channels, competition, packages, customers and trends), strategy proposal, new innovation pipeline development, transformative campaign planning/execution, and market operation execution with excellence

  • Build a stronger NETWORKING organization to deliver high quality plans, resolving the constructive conflicts

  • Partners with cross-functional team, and external stakeholders (e.g. customers, bottlers, agencies) to develop fit for purpose consumer experiences, innovations and programs in the most effective and efficient way

  • Work closely with the Global FSSD community network to ensure local market dynamics are well reflected in global strategy development as well as to synergize with other markets for bigger enterprise-wise contribution with the scale, efficiency and expertise

  • Daily on-going business operation – Brand business diagnosis holistic analysis (consumer centric, both macro & market trends, competition, package/VIS, channels, customer), trouble shooting

  • Solid FSSD initiatives planning and execution across multiple brands, with each brand marketing calendar (e.g., products, packages, communications and promotional activities)

  • Build a strong team, supporting the capability development of team members in J&SK OU


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree qualified. Preferable Business/Commerce with Marketing Major 

  • General marketing experience (preferred to have sales experience as well), with big and/or global brands and/or emerging local brands: Proven experience in leading business with holistic consumer marketing experience; market/business diagnostics, consumer in-depth insight identification, where and what-to-play portfolio strategy, innovation (business model, NPD), and campaign design/development, communication/ creative development 

  • Proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple senior stakeholders

  • Global communication skill, Fluent verbal and written English, to participate in global community

  • Fluency in English and native level of Korean language skills
