Role: Director, Execution Capabilities (R-125120)

Primary Job Location: (USA) Candidates must be currently located in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Relocation: Domestic Limited Relocation Available.

Travel: This role requires up to 25% travel, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days a week.

Position Overview:

This team is on a mission to drive improved planning, selling, and execution. This transformation will support the delivery of the 2035 ambition and create a competitive advantage with our Customers.

In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives to elevate planning excellence across the network. There will be a strong focus on driving change management in Franchise/Bottler planning and execution. You will provide leadership in linking back to both Sales planning with Customer, and Commercial/Marketing planning.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in a variety of aspects of the Coca-Cola System Franchise business models, channels & customers, Direct Store Delivery (DSD) operations, with a proven ability to manage complex change initiatives, influence key stakeholders, and embed new ways of working across the system.

What You’ll Do for Us

Business Impact:

Short-Term:

  • Driving E/S/H capabilities with Franchise & Bottlers

  • Commercialize the updated planning process into Franchise Planning

Long-Term:

  • Co-design and commercialize the Multi-Year Planning (MYP) process and capabilities to

    • Identify & embed Bottler-back building blocks into ABPs

    • Leverage Governance to elevate JBP/MYP

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Change Leadership:

  • Act as a change agent, leading cross-functional MYP efforts in implementing MYP Organizational Capability adoption.

  • Influence and align senior stakeholders across franchise, sales leadership, and corporate teams to foster a culture of executional excellence through stronger planning.

  • Implement scalable and sustainable solutions to overcome operational & cultural resistance, drive continuous improvement, and steward performance outcomes.

Franchise & Field Operations Support:

  • Embed change management principles within Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes to ensure alignment with long-term business goals.

  • Coach franchise leads to drive organizational change within bottler networks, ensuring sustained adoption of new planning & execution capabilities.

  • Be the NAOU champion of the Global Franchise Academy and Facilitate Training of Core NAOU Capabilities

  • Develop a Bottler Capability Framework, embedding structured transition plans to support bottlers in evolving their planning & execution models.

What You'll Need

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in as many of the following:

    • 5-7 years of Franchise/Retail/System experience

    • DSD operations, franchise business models, and retail execution in the CPG industry, with a track record of leading large-scale change initiatives.

    • Business Planning with external stakeholders, inclusive of Opportunity Assessment (where to play), Defining Strategic Directions of (how to win), buildinga quantified business plan to deliver KPIs

    • Understanding of how the Coca-Cola System works, with insight into the interdependencies across Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Customer, Operations, and Bottlers.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable results.

  • Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities, with the ability to drive execution transformation across multiple functions.

  • Experience in organizational change management, including stakeholder engagement, training, and embedding new processes across dispersed teams.

Pay Range:
$141,000 – $165,200

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
