Senior Director, Franchise Strategy Turkey
This leadership role is responsible for supporting and challenging the Franchise Units in implementing the System’s growth strategy and developing actionable insights at the market level to drive sustainable, competitive, and profitable growth.
Overall Accountabilities
- Collaborate with Franchise Unit and Strategy to adjust execution strategy in the Franchise territory.
- Partner with Franchise Unit to lead system end-to-end alignment process with Bottlers at the local level.
- Lead the Franchise annual business planning process (ABP), orchestrating coordination between all necessary internal and external stakeholders
- Manage internal and System business routines to ensure strategies are winning in the market and resources are mobilized against the right priorities.
- Identify granular opportunities and create actionable initiatives at the local level, leveraging data and insights from Operating Unit (OU) Strategy teams, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Design and lead internal and bottling partner-facing Franchise routines, coordinating necessary preparations to enable business decisions.
- Develop actionable and compelling commercial insights, strategies, and initiatives at the market level.
- Use a fact-based, strategic approach to identify insights, strategies, and leading-edge solutions to boost local/granular commercial strategy with actionable commercial levers.
- Lead Franchise management routines internally and with the System, working closely with Franchise GMs.
- Co-lead end-to-end alignment process with Bottlers around overall strategy and business planning
- Ensure OU priorities are reflected in Franchise BP targets and funneled to local cross-functional team targets to maximize impact.
- Develop routines for periodic performance tracking and realignment, champion optimization.
- Foster a data-driven mindset across the system
Key Requirements
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the development and execution of strategies that help the Franchise achieve its goals, keep them aligned with OU strategic priorities
- Planning to Action: Synthesize complex insights through a holistic approach to guide on strategic direction, offer actionable business solutions.
- Stakeholder Orchestration: Partner with senior leaders to align and deploy strategies, prioritizing efforts and engaging key stakeholders to ensure execution, ensures resources are utilized the right way.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Use strong interpersonal skills and influence with storytelling, across levels and network, including bottlers.
- Strategic Prioritization: Utilize a fact-based approach to prioritize, managing competitive trade-offs and balancing immediate and long-term objectives.
- Business Acumen: Ability to solve business problems, data and commercial savviness.
Experience
- +10 years of Business and/or functional experience in Operation/Strategy/Marketing/Business Development / Consultancy related areas
- Proven record in leadership and influencing a senior leadership team
Travel requirements:
- Up to 10% of travel required
