Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning
SCOPE and IMPACT
The Supply Chain Planning role scope is for the entire Asean and South Pacific Operating Unit (OU), delivering the OU and global SC orchestration strategy. This encompasses:
- Long Range Demand-Capacity analysis, scenario modelling and infrastructure planning. This covers bi-annual production capacity planning for the entire KO portfolio including innovation, business continuity, contingency planning, maximizing asset utilization and performance improvements.
- Sales and Operational Planning processes, tools and metrics, experience in implementing S&OP end to end processes. Improve S&OP maturity across system supply chain ie. Concentrate, OU and bottler partners to step change the business and operational performance through metrics like Service, Forecast Accuracy, Cost and Inventory.
- Designing Supply Chain infrastructure strategies to support the achievement of the Business Plan and long-term growth in the OU, ie Digitalization, Technology, end to end Supply Network Design and Optimization including Logistics / Route to Market.
- Strategic supply chain investments to support innovation, sustainable operations and business continuity.
- Provide thought leadership in development of Supply Chain masterplans for the OU, lead key initiatives identified by Global Supply Chain or the OU Technical Innovation and Supply Chain (TISC) team and capture strategic supply chain game changers and plans for achieving the Company Vision.
- Lead Planning and Logistics Community of Practice via sharing and replication of best practices across the bottling partners and suppliers delivering productivity.
Internal and External Interactions
OU TISC teams, Global SC teams, Franchise bottlers supply chain teams, suppliers and OEMs, R&D network, Franchise Operation Managers, OU leadership, contract manufacturers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain End to End planning, S&OP, Network Design and Logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Work requires the identification and resolution of important operational problems requiring cross-functional collaboration and creativity to develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to collaborate across multifunctional and global teams. Strong stakeholder management to communicate and influence up and across the total system organization, including bottlers.
- Technology and Digital tools skillset required. Digital Savviness creating and using modelling, analytical and visualization tools and ERP knowledge preferred.
- Experience within partner bottlers, beverage or food manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies, logistics and distribution network set-up preferred.
