CPS AR Warehouse Outbound Coordinator

What You’ll Do For Us:
As an Outbound Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, shipping schedules, and compliance with global food safety standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Shipping Operations: Ensure efficient outbound operations that meet productivity goals, shipping schedules, and process performance metrics (60%).

  • Safety and Quality Compliance: Facilitate GMP and HACCP adherence throughout all shipping activities, actively participating in related audits and initiatives (10%).

  • WMRF Tools Coordination: Improve and troubleshoot productivity initiatives and tools within WMRF applications (20%).

  • I4.0 Innovation: Lead Industry 4.0-related initiatives to drive digital transformation and innovation (10%).

  • Leadership and Performance: Execute Coca-Cola’s Performance Enablement process for direct reports, empowering warehouse team members to maintain alignment with food safety and safety standards.
     

What You’ll Need to Bring:
We’re looking for a forward-thinking, results-driven team leader who brings the following qualifications:

  • Education and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.

    • Knowledge and experience with GMP, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality standards.

  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management.

    • Familiarity with WMRF tools and applications, troubleshooting, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

  • Key Competencies:

    • Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise and motivate team members.

    • Problem-solving capabilities to ensure prompt resolution of operational or safety-related issues.

  • Language & Communication:

    • Proficiency in Spanish; English is highly valued.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders inside and outside the company.
