Director Financial Services & YOMP Expansion

As part of Digital strategy, we are on the path of creating an end-to-end digital ecosystem that allows us to create new ways of interacting with Consumers with financial services and Point of Sales Optimization.
The role of Director Financial Services & Yomp Expansion – LATAM is to work with focus on design, adapt, plan and launch the financial services and POS solutions initiatives across Latin America.

  • Highly capable leader that will lead the launch and expansion of this ecosystem model.
  • This includes articulating the vision for the TCCC future digital footprint and creating the necessary global and local partnerships, alliances, and capabilities to achieve the vision.
  • Strong capability in strategic thinking.
  • Lead negotiations of external partnerships.
  • Lead commercial strategy of ecosystem initiatives across LATAM
  • Develop and deliver a Business Plan in LATAM & Financial Services Projects
  • Define the 3yr Business case
  • Adjust Business case based on HQ input, global learnings and local outcomes – across ecosystem
  • Create and nurture a new Working Culture together with the entire Digital Transformation organization

Supervisory responsabilities:
Potentially a group of external partners to design technology, commercial and operative solutions.

Experience

  • +5 years leading teams. Broad experience managing multi country regions.
  • Ecommerce experience, Commercial Strategy, Franchise leadership & commercial capabilities experience, marketing & financial acumen.

Work Focus
This position is responsible of recommending and implementing solutions in the marketplace with clear authority on making decisions in the short and medium term and replicating YOMP Point of Sales solution to other markets in LATAM and other Operating Units.
Recommends a long-term vision approved by top management.
Responsible for creating a new business model, with new stakeholders involved (other FMCGs) as well as challenging the current Franchise model with the Bottling groups.

  • LATAM OU: Align long-term strategy and getting alignment on targets and budget required
  • LATAM Zones: Matching strategy, cross-fertilization learnings and initiatives to experiment.
