Manufacturing Operator

Department: Product Supply Production/ Operations

Position Reports to:       Production Area Manager

Position Overview:

Provides support to the production department by executing operational duties as defined by safety, quality and productivity parameters.

Functional Skills:

  • Operation of multiple filler types and support equipment and/or understanding of batch mixing for simple, juice and emulsion mixes as well as pasteurization and homogenization batches and Coke process.
  • Forklift operations
  • Strong knowledge of SAP
  • Detailed documentation
  • Strong knowledge of GMP/ HACCP
  • Understanding and knowledge of basic Lean Manufacturing tools and concepts

Pay Range:
$72,400 – $98,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
7.5
