Senior Manager, QFS & Governance Japan
The Senior Manager is a part of QFS & Governance Japan team, directly reporting to Director QFS & Governance Japan and is responsible to:
What You’ll Do for Us

Ensure Japan Coca-Cola QFS production to meet Japan market quality expectations.

Provide Thought Leadership on food safety especially low acid sensitive products.

Ensure QFS KORE (Coca-Cola Operating Requirements) compliance (incl. GAO audit performance) in manufacturing operations, both the bottling plants and co-packers, and achieve stable, safe and efficient operations.

Act as a primary role to bottling QFS operation and governance.

Make an OU approval for new line, new production machine, new co-packer, change of process, test frequency etc. based on validation data in align with SOP.

Approve CAPs (Corrective Action Plans) developed by bottling plants and co-packers for global audit on QFS and monitor progress of CAPs.

SME (Subject Matter Expert) role within GMP, E2E aseptic production (Engineering, validation and operation), Thermal process validation. Provide expert consultant to system on risk assessment, root cause analysis and corrective actions to the system.

Micro risk estimation of low-acid and high-acid production. Part of global expert network in microbiology and aseptic production technology.

Proactively monitor external trends and technologies and bring in new technology to our system to enhance system efficiency.

Drive and support business initiatives to win the market by delivering innovations and productivity with proactive behavior beyond QSE organization.

Manage global QFS initiatives with relations to corporate team, QFS community and Japan bottling partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
-
7+ years working experience in food/beverage industry
-
At least have some working experience regarding aseptic filling system such as engineering, maintenance, validation and production operation.

Experience of microbiology testing operation.

Working experience in the field of Quality Assurance & Control or equivalent
-
University/bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology or Engineering.

Knowledge of Food hygiene and food safety (Microbiology, Pest control, Food law and Regulations, Agricultural Chemical, etc.)
-
Knowledge of ISO9001, GFSI(FSSC22000).

Knowledge of Basic QA methodology and skills for problem solving based on facts.

Basic IT skill

Program Management: Ability to provide oversight and management to synthesize/bring synergy to multiple initiatives by establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently, adjusting priorities, establishing management routines to effectively track progress and identify issues, removing barriers and leveraging resources.

Ability to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.

Systems holistic thinking: demonstrated ability to connect the dots and determine areas of integration.

Good interpersonal skill and cross Functional Relationships: Knowledge of and ability to articulate to senior management the benefits supporting cross-functional objectives to achieve the business plan.

Native level of local language. Business level of English is plus. Need to write and read basic technical documents in English.
