Production Director
Safety management
- Be responsible for the safety of production team and every one working in the production area.
- Role model the safety behavior
- Set up and continuously improve safety culture through standardization, role modelling and PDCA cycle.
- Ensure the safety condition for everyone working in the production area.
Quality Management
- Be responsible for troubleshooting of any quality issues of products and following up with CAPs till the issues resolved.
- Manage and continuously improve yield of ingredients and packaging materials. Continuously seek out and implement improvements to quality and productivity
- Responsible strictly and at all times for using confidential documentations, especially those related to formula and SMP in a highly restricted and protective way.
- Work with Engineering & QA to ensure workshop GMP in high level.
- Responsible for safety, health, security, environment, & labor regulations in production area in complying with the Company and local requirement.
Cost Management
- Control operating cost including timekeeping, overtime and supplies.
- Work with Engineering people to reduce energy and water consumption and continuously improvement to excellent result
- Through SAP system to manage and find any un-normal usage of ingredients, and use effective analysis tool to identify problem or issues then cover it.
- Strong and strict manage to any potential risk in operation and hazardous material storage to prevent cost for incident event happening.
Production Efficiency Improvement
- Develop manufacturing capacity to meet short and long term business needs.
- Manage production workforce to satisfy production schedule and customer demand in time.
- Work with others to create or upgrading the existing equipment to increase more capacity and efficiency.
- Optimize production team to excellent way in order to achieve our target of continuously increase.
People Management
- Keep up the on-going training program, direct the subordinates to develop their career capability. Educate the department staff to maintain a good team spirit and cooperative working atmosphere.
- In charge of training for production operators and on production skill, capability, environment, safety and quality control.
