Senior Director II, Digital Acceleration Office
The Senior Director II, Digital Acceleration Office will play an essential role in bridging NAOU between current state and future state digitization. The successful candidate is one who can network and make connections, balance multiple priorities, and coordinate across NAOU, Corporate Functions, Platform Services and the NA bottler network (including CONA and CCBSS) to drive the significant step-change necessary to successfully transform our organization and build digital capabilities for the future.
This position requires a high-energy, bias for speed and an urgency for getting stuff done, motivated individual with strong project management, excellent communication skills with ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior partners. This leadership role plays in the intersection between the NAOU, the global Digital Council orchestration team and Digital & Technology Services (DTS, within Platform Services) for understanding organization’s digital needs, blueprint the design for how to get there, and lead change both within the OU and across the network to quickly stand-up digital plans and capabilities for the NAOU. While this is an individual contributor, this role provides direction, coaching and leadership to other roles within the DAO to assist in driving the digital agenda forward.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Transform ideas and visions into actionable strategies by crafting long-range plans (LRP), annual business plans (ABP), and resource estimates (RE) that underpin a holistic digital roadmap for NAOU.
- Identify quick win solutions and leverage all internal and external resources available to drive digital capabilities.
- Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through digitization.
- Lead financial reconciliations of NAOU digital investments across multiple spend categories (opex, capex, DME, 1x time) and sources (NAOU, DTS, ES, bottlers, etc)
- Build sustainable relationships with the bottling partner(s) in the OU to drive digital transformation.
- Highlight gaps / risks to the transformation; prioritize initiatives and relentlessly drive gap closure. Evaluate inputs from multiple sources in making decisions on issue resolution. Recommend trade-off decisions.
- Liaison with the Platform Services leadership to ensure capability development and a successful transition of activities.
- Establish SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and hold accountable Platform Services to meet the needs of the business now and in the future.
- Manage multiple senior leadership stakeholder groups including NAOU LT, Corporate (Global Digital Council) orchestration team, Platform Services – DTS & ES, system – CONA, CCBSS and bottling partners, and Technology/digital vendors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience leading strategy and initiatives in technology, digital, data, program delivery and/or change management
- Comfortable with conflict and a demonstrated ability to influence without power
- Able to work successfully in whitespace while making the complex easy to understand
- Results-oriented leadership with strong negotiation, responsiveness, collaboration, and consensus building experience
- Experience managing multiple inputs and juggling many priorities
- Extensive business partnership, with ability to work in a diverse environment as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with various partners and stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem solving, process mindset and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Proven ability to coach, influence and facilitate learnings across all levels of an organization .
- Experience in managing stakeholders and vendors, and bringing innovation from outside.
- Outcome oriented with a strong bias for action and issue resolution.

Pay Range:
$206,000 – $237,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
50
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
