Warehouse Manager – Ft Worth

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and profitability within our supply chain. What you’ll do for us:

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of ingredients, packaging, concentrate, and beverage bases, ensuring compliance with company quality, environmental, health, and safety requirements.
  • Implement and manage schedules, procedures, and controls for warehouse operations, including the accurate registration of shipments in TCC systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate warehouse activities with broader business operations.
  • Manage human, warehousing, and budgetary resources effectively, optimizing the core processes of receiving, storing, and delivering goods.
  • Establish process monitoring controls to uphold company quality system requirements, promoting food safety, Standard Practices and Procedures (SPP), and implementing corrective actions for deviations.
  • Maintain Good Warehousing Practices and HACCP/FSSC conditions, complying with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Forecast short-and-long term capacity requirements, planning strategically to maximize warehouse space and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement technical and developmental training for all warehouse personnel, contributing to a safe and empowering work environment.
  • Participate in the development of risk matrixes for the warehouse and support the Planning & Logistics Director during internal and external audits, as well as interactions with contractors, suppliers, and governmental entities.

 

What are the qualifications needed:

  • Outstanding communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledgeable in warehouse management systems, such as SAP S4 HANA.
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, supply chain operations, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to empower and develop personnel.
  • In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as quality control best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control processes.
  • A Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a relevant field is preferred.

Pay Range:
$92,600 – $114,400

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
