Demand Planning BI Specialist

CPS (Commercial Products Supply) is a key part of the Advantaged Supply Chain of the Technical Function of The Coca-Cola Company.  CPS manufactures concentrates and beverage bases for sale to bottling partners all over the world.  This global organization manages a network of 19 manufacturing plants in 18 different countries along with 2 office locations (Atlanta & Drogheda, Ireland).  CPS also manages complex additional materials supply chains (e.g. juice, coffee, tea, milk, etc.) on behalf of bottling partners.

What you'll do for us:

  • Key Digitization Projects: Support the deployment of new IBP functionalities globally, define user stories, train users, and automate processes using tools like Power Apps and Python.
  • Standardize & Automate Reporting: Collaborate with IT and global transformation stakeholders to standardize and automate demand volume reports, leveraging ORI, Power BI, and Power Pivot, while ensuring integration with SAP core systems.
  • Continuous Improvement in Analytics: Design new Power BI/pivot reports and dashboards for demand reporting and analytics, enhancing accuracy, alerts, segmented planning, and customer engagement.
  • Scenario Analysis: Develop demand-to-supply scenario analysis to provide action recommendations for potential market changes or global supply constraints.
  • Machine Learning Forecasting: Enhance demand validation and collaboration through ML forecast, ensuring IBP master data accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Improvement: Work closely with regional demand analysts and the CoE to drive analytical process improvements, manage OU demand activities, and represent the DP function in routine meetings.
  • Coaching & Development: Coach team analysts on-the-job, train new associates, and support capability development across analysts, especially in adopting new tools and methods for analytics.

Qualifications and requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a Data Analyst role, Planning/Demand Planning, or Budget areas.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
