Senior Fiscal Analyst

Tax analyst SR:

Guide / develop activities in the Tax area related to calculations of all federal taxes, fees and contributions, control of the company's registration regularity at all levels of government, preparation and transmission of accessory obligations of a federal nature. Provide fiscal support to the other departments of the Manaus unit, attendance to Inspections or external Audits, act as responsible for the registration of manual inputs in the "GL" (Poster) and tax accounting reconciliations.

What You’ll Do for Us:

•       Responsible to calculate and pay Pis/Cofins    

•       Responsible to prepare and deliver PIS/Cofins  and  accessory obligations SPED PIS/COFINS         

•       Conciliate digital files x Payments x balance sheet    

•       Prepare and deliver the MAP – chemicals – Declaration of  Federal Police,

•       Prepare and deliver DIRF – Declaration of Income Tax retained at Source

•       Prepare and deliver REINF – Declaration of tax retention and other fiscal information

•       Support internal and external audits     

•       Support several departments regarding tax and fiscal regulation    

•       Calculation and payment of the follow withholding taxes on services: IRRF , PCC, and INSS;         

•       Responsible to prepare monthly DCI  – Import TAX  

•       Several conciliations: accounting tax closing activities

•       Support Audits, working in the survey of documentation in general, rectification of tax information, when due, and clarifications about the company's operations.

•      Controlling the Schedule for Renewal of Licenses and Registrations in general, coordinating compliance with the requirements of regulatory bodies through the monitoring of legislation.

Qualifications & Requirements:  

• Higher education degree completed or in progress, preferably in Accounting.

• Solid knowledge of Tax Legislation and Fiscal Incentives Policy of the free trade zone.

• Knowledge in SAP System.

• Knowledge of the Aspen-SATI System.

• SPED Fiscal knowledge.

• Knowledge of USGAAP and local accounting law.

• Good knowledge in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
