Consultant, Supply Chain Services – Quality

As part of the Supply Chain Service D&A (Data & Analytics) Capabilities Team that delivers Analytical Products/Solutions for our Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (TISC) function. 

We are looking for a hands-on and collaborative data and visualization engineering analyst. You will assist in supporting and building data-centric solutions that provide actionable business insights and deepen analytic capabilities for the TI&SC function. You will work cross-functionally with technology and business teams to align on deliverables and ensure projects are delivered as agreed. You will participate in discussions including Cloud Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Dashboard Design, and End to End Application Development. Previous Supply Chain experience is a plus for this position. The successful candidate will ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, to a high-quality standard and supported. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the business team in designing and building solutions based on business requirements. You will also collaborate with data engineering, business intelligence, and reporting teams.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic projects to achieve the growth goals for the TISC Function.
  • Support existing products.
  • Assist in designing, conceptualizing, wireframing, and storyboarding new capabilities and solutions.
  • Help implement innovative solutions within the power platform ecosystem, focusing on leveraging full capabilities on power apps, power automate, and power bi.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions for the Microsoft power apps platform.
  • Assist in architecting medium to large data models.
  • Develop skills in Microsoft power platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Bi).
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and work in an agile environment.
  • Assist in planning and executing development work from initiation to closure, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with data engineers/analysts and reporting experts for required projects and requests.
  • Assess current state, understand business context in depth, translate it to outputs, and formulate recommendations for sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of business processes to identify gaps and transformation opportunities.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and align with the organization's strategy.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports.
  • Develop and maintain project technical documentation and project plans.
  • Engage closely with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs and transform them into effective power platform-based solutions.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues, including missing data and poor data quality.
  • Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
  • Assist in managing the analysis of large sets of complex finance and supply chain data.
  • Work with data engineers/analysts to build pipelines for required projects and requests.
  • Define, build, test, and implement scalable data orchestration layers using SQL and Azure functions.
  • Manage changes to project scope, budget, and schedule.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business process automation, ideally with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft power platform – Azure, Power apps, Power automate, data verse, canvas apps, forms, share point, and power bi.
  • Experience in model-driven power apps.
  • Understanding of business process management, workflow automation, and user-centric solution development.
  • Experience in the Supply Chain domain is highly desired.

  • Experience in developing solutions using Azure, power apps, power automate, and power bi.

  • Proven track record in deploying solutions globally using the power platform.

  • Develops processes and strategies to deliver outcomes that meet customer goals.

Pay Range:
$94,700 – $114,600

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
