Marketing Senior Manager, Global Coffee RTD

Global Coffee RTD is projected to be one of the fastest-growing beverage categories. The Global Ventures Team is leading TCCC’s growth in this space and is seeking a dynamic Marketing Senior Manager to join them on the journey. The Marketing Manager will work across the cross-functional team, as well as the internal global marketing capabilities teams, to steward the global roll-out of the current portfolio and innovation, IMX, and lead budget/ routine management and coordination. This role will require a blend of portfolio management expertise, relationship management, timeline management, and the ability to manage through ambiguity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO FOR US:
- RTD Coffee planning: support the insight, portfolio, innovation planning for UK market.
- Project Management: Lead the commercialization and steward on-time delivery of localization of strategic innovation initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional to own the Master Project Timeline, understanding inter-related tasks and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and obstacles in project execution. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure successful completion and minimal disruptions.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Global Marketing Capabilities COE to share and scale best practices.
- Budgeting: Report and support initiatives to deliver brand(’s/s’) Net Revenue, Gross Profit, Direct Marketing Expense
- Performance management: Track brand and project performance through data analysis by converting KPI’s and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience with knowledge of the beverage or CPG industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master's in marketing management preferred
- Proven track record of working as a marketing manager to successfully lead and deliver complex projects on time
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with cross-functional teams
