What You’ll Do for Us 

 

Digital Change Execution 

  • Support digital change strategies that drive adoption of new systems, tools, and processes across Digital, and KO. 

  • Apply established change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies to deliver consistent and effective change support 

 

2. Strategic Communications & Content Development 

  • Develop and deliver communication plans that translate complex transformation initiatives into clear, engaging, and audience relevant messaging 

  • Create communication assets such as presentations, toolkits, leader messaging, and employee content that drive awareness and engagement 

 

3. Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment 

  • Partner with cross functional teams including digital, technology, and business stakeholders to align messaging and support change outcomes 

  • Support leaders and managers by equipping them with tools and guidance to communicate and lead through change effectively 

 

4. Change Insights & Impact Assessment 

  • Help assess change impacts, stakeholder needs, and communication requirements for key transformation initiatives 

  • Track and report on change readiness, communication effectiveness, and adoption metrics, using insights to refine approaches 

 

5. Communication Governance & Culture Enablement 

  • Contribute to the governance and execution of enterprise communication channels, ensuring alignment with broader priorities and standards 

  • Promote a culture of transparency, inclusion, and continuous learning by ensuring employees feel informed and supported throughout change efforts 

 

Requirements & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field 

  • 6+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, transformation programs, or related roles 

  • Experience supporting digital transformation or technology enabled change initiatives in a complex organization 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging content 

  • Familiarity with change management principles, frameworks, and tools 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fastpaced, matrixed environment 

  • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and levels 

  • Data literacy, with the ability to interpret metrics and insights to improve communication and change outcomes 

  • Digital fluency, including experience with collaboration tools, communication platforms, and analytics dashboards 

  • Foundational understanding of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies and their impact on workplace communication and change

Pay Range:

United States of America: 112,000 USD – 136,000 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
