What You'll Do for Us:
- Manage and lead core talent programs – including talent acquisition, career development, performance management, leadership assessments, succession planning, and more – aligning them with our global business strategy.
- Serve as a collaborative partner to the HR business community, business leaders, and various Centers of Excellence, ensuring cohesive talent strategies across the board.
- Take charge of project management responsibilities, defining strategy, priorities, and timelines to ensure seamless execution and impactful employee experiences.
- Innovate and enhance processes related to HR practices, focusing on operational excellence and associate satisfaction.
- Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders to gather comprehensive business and operations requirements, setting the stage for successful program implementations and system goals.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in HR, HR Technology, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or closely related areas.
- Proven expertise in project management, with an exceptional ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Stellar communication skills and adept at building relationships across various levels and business units on a global scale.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, inclusive of graphs and tables, and keen on driving process improvements using data and analytics.
- A strategic approach towards HR program and project management with a record of delivering results and engaging senior leadership effectively.
- Some experience or familiarity with HR systems like Workday would be advantageous.
- Resourceful and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction while maintaining a strong focus on business objectives.
