Production Operator I Packaging – Days – $21.52

  • Maintain accurate records and properly label all containers in the work area. 

  • Work with maintenance, production teams, and management to resolve issues and maximize efficiency. 

  • Report or correct unsafe conditions immediately. 

  • Participate in team assignments, cross-training, and job development training. 

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required. 

  • Working knowledge of production environments and manufacturing equipment. 

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. 

  • Ability to troubleshoot production-related and equipment issues. 

  • Ability to read and understand equipment operation manuals and follow directions. 

  • Ability to identify material and product defects visually and audibly. 

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with sufficient manual and finger dexterity. 

  • Ability to work all shifts, including up to 12-hour shifts, overtime, and extended hours as needed. 

  • Ability to rotate positions and work effectively in a team environment. 

  • Must maintain good attendance. 

  • Must complete the required training and certification for the position within six months of start date. 

  • Must follow all TCCC Quality System requirements and standard operating procedures.

Pay Range:

United States of America: 50,357 USD – 61,547 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
