What You’ll Do for Us

  • Maintain the plant's manufacturing equipment in satisfactory condition (eg, clean and sanitize tanks and pipe routings, maintain conveyor belts, hook up and load raw material delivery tankers, clean work areas) according to company GMP policies and procedures in order to assure the quality of the manufactured product.

  • Sanitize required areas when needed.

  • Implement, evaluate, and maintain effective application of the Coca-Cola Quality System in order to ensure product quality as defined by company requirements.

  • Communicate with peers and other to exchange feedback on products/service issues, identify and/or solve problems, assess needs and or/achieve business results.

  • Feed materials into or remove materials from machines or equipment that is automatic or tended by other workers.

  • Shift is Sunday – Thursday 10pm-6:30am

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent work

  • Ability to understand and communicate instructions in English with experience in a manufacturing/food production environment. 

  • A demonstrated ability to exceed performance expectations, especially in categories of attendance, safety, and teamwork is required. 

  • Must be familiar with and able to run automated equipment, including fillers and palletizers and operating casing equipment 

  • Must have a high mechanical aptitude to be able to sequence equipment for proper start-up and shutdown, understanding machinery and conveyor controls. 

  • The ability to do repetitive stooping, lifting 50 pounds, bending, and standing while operating equipment is required.
