What You’ll Do for us                                                                                                                                       

  • Lead development and execution of market Annual Business Plans (ABP), ensuring alignment with Operating Unit category strategy and system priorities.

  • Translate insight into actionable brand and innovation plans, enabling growth through consistent, integrated marketing execution across the end-to-end flywheel.

  • Collaborate with local IMX team and leverage agency networks to optimize marketing investments across media disciplines, creative strategy, and experiential programs.

  • Own market-level marketing performance metrics, including ROI measurement and contribution to business P&L, ensuring commercial accountability and operational excellence.

  • Shape and deploy innovation agendas and frontier marketing initiatives that strengthen portfolio relevance and consumer engagement.

  • Drive cross-functional teamwork and system alignment across bottlers and enterprise functions to deliver joint growth initiatives and operationalize long-term plans.

  • Provide leadership and thought partnership on integrated communication, design, and connections planning, stepping in to lead subject matter disciplines when required.

  • Manage and develop marketing talent where team size varies by market potential, fostering capability growth and an enterprise mindset.

  • Champion continuous optimization and rigor in marketing processes, tracking execution outcomes and intervening as needed to meet strategic and financial objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated expertise across portfolio strategy, innovation, brand positioning, and integrated marketing execution.

  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel marketing programs and translating insights into growth actions.

  • Strong understanding of creative strategy, connections planning, and design frameworks; ability to step in across all marketing disciplines as needed.

  • Commercial acumen with P&L accountability; experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) a plus.

  • Skilled in leveraging analytics to inform brand agendas and optimize investment decisions.

  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, balancing strategic leadership with operational excellence in frontline execution.

  • Demonstrated behaviors that reflect a growth mindset, enterprise thinking, servant leadership, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence.

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders across the system, including bottlers and agency partners.
