Finance Franchise Director – Field South

What You’ll Do for Us:

  • Drive Andina operation P&L (Profit & Loss) growth and margin expansion across the full portfolio of products and all routes-to-consumer, including volume, revenue, profit and margin analysis, and supporting pricing and strategic investments decisions to ensure a healthy balance of financial results and market share position.

  • Manage the relationship with the bottler concerning all financial matters, including leadership in the negotiations of new business models, such as the LTRMs (Long-Term Relationship Models), aligning ambitious growth plans supported by aggressive strategic investments and new revenue sources.

  • Support discussions and negotiations regarding new distribution agreements of non-company products, including governance, business integrity and value sharing of such strategic agreements. 

  • Analyze and understand the key drivers to Coca-Cola’s revenue growth including the impact and implication of the Coca-Cola/bottlers system revenue dynamics.  

  • Prepare & support internal stakeholders on ongoing negotiations.

  • Quantitative and qualitative local Bottler/Customer info.

  • Bringing margin discipline to operational business decisions.

  • Main point of contact for legal/Tax/Treasury/M&A at bottler level.

  • Provide Financial input into new product / service development process.

  • Support Financially all RGM initiatives deployment at bottler level.

  • Collaborate and foster relationships with our local bottling.

  • Collaborate with Latam finance cross-functional areas to ensure the processes are followed, maximizing the company results.

Qualification & Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Master’s preferred.  

  • +8 years of leadership experience in senior financial planning or senior commercial finance roles.

  • Track record of business/financial management involving influencing and negotiating with Bottlers and Customers, communicating effectively, and managing against business needs and collaborating with senior leaders.

  • Ability to drive a balanced approach as well as understand/articulate tradeoffs to achieving business targets in an optimized way (i.e., volume, profit, timing, speed, risk, short-term vs. long-term metrics).

  • Ability to apply forecasting techniques and skills to develop and evaluate business goals and strategies and analyze information to derive insights and implications to initiate planning and/or re-planning, and controlling financial results needed.  

  • Financial acumen including management accounting, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, planning, value chain, marketing principles, risk management, global standards (business data, financial accounts and policies, marketing metrics, etc.).  

  • Teamwork and collaboration attitude.

  • Must be fluent in English (required), Portuguese and/or Spanish.
