Manager, Brand Management, Stills, Poland & Baltics
The Manager, Brand Management – Poland & Baltics supports the activation and inmarket execution of brand plans across the Coca-Cola Company portfolio in Poland and the Baltic markets. This role is highly executional and focuses on local adaptation, coordination, and delivery of centrally developed strategies, creative assets, innovation toolkits, and IMX materials.
Working within a multimarket environment, the Manager collaborates closely with the Senior Manager, crossfunctional local network teams, and bottler partners (CCH) to ensure brand activities are implemented with quality, speed, and local relevance. This role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously.

What You’ll Do for Us
Brand Execution & Local Adaptation

Support the implementation of centrally developed brand strategies, toolkits, IMX assets, and innovation into local execution plans for Poland & Baltics.

Adapt creative assets and messaging to reflect local cultural and consumer nuances, ensuring alignment with brand governance.

Manage smallscale activations across digital, social, experiential, and instore environments.
Operational Brand Management
-
Coordinate the creation, adaptation, and distribution of marketing assets for all brands in the portfolio.

Track activation performance and compile basic performance reports.

Support the execution of packaging updates, POS materials, and customerspecific creative requests.

Ensure timely delivery of materials to bottlers and customer teams in all markets.
CrossFunctional Collaboration

Work closely with the local network.
-
Support crossfunctional alignment for campaign rollouts, initiative timing, and customer activation plans.
Innovation Support
-
Assist in local readiness preparations for the launch of centrally developed innovations.

Coordinate packaging, claims, toolkit adaptation, and customer materials under the guidance of the Senior Manager.

Track early performance of innovation launches and gather insights for improvement.
Insights & Local Market Understanding

Monitor local competitive activity, category trends, and consumer sentiment.

Conduct desk research and gather inputs to support brand reviews and planning cycles.

Contribute to insight summaries used for localization decisions.
Project Coordination & Administration

Maintain trackers, calendars, deliverable lists, and campaign documentation across all markets.

Manage administrative processes including PO creation, invoice tracking, and budget file updates.

Facilitate coordination with agencies to ensure timely delivery of creative adaptations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

3–5 years experience in brand activation, marketing, or FMCG roles.

Experience localizing centrally developed assets or campaigns preferred.

Strong understanding of brand fundamentals and multichannel activation.

Comfortable managing multiple tasks across multiple markets.
-
Strong project management skills with ability to follow structured processes.
-
Good communication and collaboration skills across crossfunctional teams and agencies.

Ability to analyze basic performance data and extract simple insights.
-
Fluent in English; Polish and/or a Baltic language preferred.

Base Salary: 163000 PLN to 260000 PLN
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15%
Annual incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
