Senior Director, Sprite and Schweppes – Emerging Brands
The Senior Director, Sprite and Schweppes – Emerging Brands is a leadership role, accountable for defining and driving the end-to-end strategy for emerging brands built on Sprite and Schweppes. This includes leading Absolut and Sprite and Schweppes Mixed across 15 markets, as well as shaping the rollout and development of future brands within the emerging category agenda. What You’ll Do for Us

Set and lead the global end-to-end marketing strategy for Sprite and Schweppes Emerging Brands, including Absolut and Sprite and Schweppes Mixed, from brand positioning through execution

Drive global business ambition and long range and annual business planning performance against volume, value, and system growth targets

Define and steward brand positioning across communication, innovation, visuals, channels, and price architecture to ensure consistency, relevance, and impact

Lead the innovation strategy for the portfolio, including new product development, packaging, channel expansion, and future brand opportunities

Deploy the Coca-Cola way of marketing and commercial execution at scale, with a strong focus on digital, data, and artificial intelligence adoption

Serve as the primary global interface with Integrated Marketing Experience and Innovation teams to drive brand agendas and accelerate speed to market

Partner closely with Sprite and Schweppes global brand teams to ensure alignment and leverage across core and emerging brand strategies

Influence Operating Units, countries, and bottlers to adopt and deploy global strategies effectively, balancing standardization with local relevance

Lead external partner relationships, including alignment on business targets, performance management, communication strategies, and innovation roadmaps

Ensure strong cobrand alignment and value creation with external partners by building trust based, senior level relationships

Oversee marketing and commercial performance management, including tracking results, synthesizing insights, and course correcting plans as needed

Optimize demand marketing investment in partnership with Operating Units to drive effectiveness, efficiency, and long–term brand equity

Contribute to the development of the adult readytodrink category vision and strategic direction at an enterprise level

Inspire, engage, and align the global marketing community through clear vision, high standards, and a culture of accountability and learning
Requirements & Qualifications

University experience in marketing, business, economics, or a related field
-
15+ years of progressive professional experience in marketing, brand management, or general management roles

Leadership experience across global and operating unit scopes within complex, matrixed organizations

Proven track record of developing and scaling end-to-end global brand strategies that deliver sustained growth

Experience leading emerging, adjacent, or adult categories, with comfort operating in new or evolving spaces

Strong financial acumen, including ownership of business performance, investment prioritization, and growth forecasting
-
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross functional teams, including innovation, research and development, commercial, and finance partners
-
Experience working with bottlers or local and trade marketing environments, with strong system influence skills
-
Proven capability to lead complex external partnerships and create shared value across co–owned or codeveloped brands
-
Deep consumer and cultural curiosity, with the ability to translate insights into winning strategies

High digital, data, and artificial intelligence fluency, including experience applying modern marketing technologies at scale

Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence without direct authority

Comfort operating in ambiguity with a growth mindset and a bias for action
