What You’ll Do for Us

•     Lead the Annual Business Plan for McDonald Mainland to deliver the financial results, beverage incidence, customer KPIs on GC and deploy the right brand strategies at the customer.

•     Participate in Consumer Insights / Turf and work with TMD team from research planning to insights deliverables.

•     Own and take proactive actions to drive the Mixology platform for both markets to deliver value growth and consumer excitement.

Qualification & Requirements

•     Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with at least 8+ years related experiences in stakeholder management, strategy and vision setting, influencing & negotiation.

•     Track record and accountable for the business results.

•     Excellent stakeholder management with cross-functional network teams to deliver outstanding business results, as well as to influence the senior management level across a wide variety of functions (internal & external).

•     Demonstrated advanced interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written) with versatility to lead communications in a highly complex internal and external organizational matrix.

•     Proven ability to create and drive annual business plans to deliver on enterprise goals.

•     Fluent in Mandarin and English.
