Manager, Finance – Customer Agreement Team

This position supports the Foodservice and On-Premise cross-functional account teams on customer negotiations for multi-year contract renewals/renegotiations, investment spend requests, new business opportunities and category expansion opportunities across multiple package forms in the FSOP (Foodservice & On-Premise) organization. This encompasses providing business and strategy consultation, value chain development and financial analysis, ensuring customer portfolio equity and channel integrity, and partnering closely with a cross functional negotiating team (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Operations, Bottling Partners, etc.) to help drive towards value-based customer agreements.  

What You'll Do for Us:

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic, flexible team focused on the highest priority initiatives within the FSOP Operating Unit.  The Customer Finance team works across customers, investments, planning, operations, and capability to drive growth, improve profitability, explore innovation, improve efficiency, and provide ad hoc analysis/financial insights.

  • The role will be largely customer deals and client focused, leveraging SME skillsets from across CAT Finance. Team will operate as a networked unit, flexing resources as needed to provide superior business partnership and commercial finance analysis to the FSOP Operating Unit.
  • Primary Work Includes Customer Support:  Support deals negotiation & analysis, commercial analytics, pricing strategy, ad hoc requests.
  • Given the agile nature of the position, your responsibilities could include other areas of focus such as innovation support, planning and performance management, capability building within Finance and Client Groups, and other ad hoc support as needed. 
  • Responsibility/ Ownership Levels:  Develop Solutions for complex business needs; Make Recommendations to Client and OU leadership; Financial support to drive business results aligned to long-term growth strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • University Degree (Bachelor) or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of prior relevant experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to a variety of audiences.
  • Experience in driving engagement with senior leaders and leading teams to drive cross-functional alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead financial evaluation and partner with business teams to structure commercials for all new deals or renewals.

Pay Range:

$103,000 – $119,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
