Manager, Finance Services – Wal-Mart

This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Finance and is responsible for executing the vendor-managed pricing process with Wal-Mart. This position is critical to ensuring that all Coca-Cola products are received by Wal-Mart stores at the right price and that the correct retail pricing is available at more than 4,500 stores daily. What You’ll Do for Us:

  • Execute and oversee the vendor-managed pricing process to ensure accurate pricing and retail availability across Wal-Mart stores.

  • Manage the new item setup process for Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club, ensuring compliance with all requirements.

  • Develop budgets based on prior period performance, revenue estimates, and expense projections.

  • Analyze variances from budgets, identify trends, and forecast annual results.

  • Recommend and implement budgetary policies, procedures, and process improvements to enhance performance.

  • Navigate and reconcile multiple data sources to track, report, and communicate accurate information to the organization.

  • Serve as the administrator for Retail Link, supporting over 1,000 users across the Coca-Cola system, including user setup and supplier agreement updates.

  • Lead financial evaluations and partner with business teams to structure commercials for new deals or renewals.

  • Drive engagement with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives.

  • Provide relevant analytics and actionable insights to support performance management and business decision-making.

  • Collaborate with customer teams to lead annual business plans and long-range planning processes.

  • Support the Coca-Cola system by understanding financials and system economics, including bottlers, customers, and competitive landscapes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.

  • Proven ability to develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial data, and forecast results.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to diverse audiences.

  • Experience in leading performance management for business P&L and providing actionable insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and recommend enhancements to systems or products.

  • Proven track record in leading financial evaluations and structuring commercials for new deals or renewals.

  • Deep understanding of financials and system economics, including bottlers, customers, and competitive landscapes.

  • Ability to partner with and influence multiple stakeholders across functions and organizations.

$103,000 – $119,000
