Director, Execution

Role Summary 

The Director, Execution is the enterprise leader responsible for orchestrating systemwide commercial execution excellence across At Home or across Away From Home channels in the market. This role translates commercial, RGM, category, and marketing strategies into scalable, high quality operational plans that drive availability, activation impact, basket incidence at pace. 

The Director partners closely with the local bottler and crossfunctional teams to define execution standards, build repeatable operating models, and ensure execution is driven by data, analytics, and AI enabled insights. The role leads the development of execution frameworks, governance routines, and measurement systems that elevate execution discipline and enable system teams to operate with speed, precision, and accountability. 

This role also drives key system channel commercial strategic initiatives, ensuring aligned operational plans and system readiness to deliver against volume, revenue, share, and distribution goals. Success in this role is measured by sustained improvement in execution KPIs, faster time‑to‑market for initiatives, and fast system adoption of execution standards. 

 

What You’ll Do for Us  

Lead System Execution Strategy & Operational Planning 

  • Lead the translation of commercial, RGM, category, and marketing strategies into integrated execution roadmaps, setting clear system direction for activation, assortment, pricing execution, and instore standards. 

  • Drive key system channel specific commercial strategic initiatives, building the operational plans needed to achieve A/B/C targets and ensuring system alignment for successful execution.  

  • Define execution frameworks, standards, and operating models that are scalable across channels. 

Orchestrate System Collaboration & Bottler Alignment 

  • Act as the senior orchestration point for execution between The CocaCola Company, local bottler, and commercial teams, ensuring seamless end to end alignment. 

  • Translate strategies into clear execution briefs, timelines, and activation guidelines that bottlers and system partners can operationalize effectively.  

  • Establish execution governance routines (e.g., scorecards, joint reviews) to drive accountability, speed, and transparent system decision making. 

Drive Insight Led Execution Excellence 

  • Use dashboards, digital tools, and AI enabled analytics to identify execution gaps, diagnose root causes, and guide targeted corrective or acceleration actions.  

  • Lead performance tracking of key execution KPIs such as promo compliance, activation quality, assortment changes, and price pack execution.  

  • Govern after action reviews and continuous improvement initiatives, embedding learnings into future execution planning and system processes. 

Enable Innovation, Testing & System Capability Building 

  • Oversee execution readiness for innovation launches, ensuring system visibility, inmarket tracking, and rapid learning loops. 

  • Champion simplified, agile, systemaligned processes that enhance execution speed and quality across channels. 

  • Build execution capability across system teams, equipping the organization with modern tools, data literacy, and consistent execution standards. 

Experience & Capabilities 

  • Strong expertise in commercial and operational execution across At Home channels, with exposure to Away From Home preferred. Proven ability to translate strategy into execution at scale. 

  • Robust commercial, RGM, and analytical skills, with experience applying data, execution metrics, dashboards, and AIenabled tools to drive performance. 

  • Demonstrated system leadership, influencing bottlers and crossfunctional teams in complex, matrixed environments to drive integrated operational plans. 

  • Strategic and executionfocused, able to build scalable frameworks, simplify complexity, and drive predictable inmarket results. 

  • Exceptional collaboration and communication, with strong stakeholder management, problemsolving, and decisionmaking capabilities. 

  • Local market experience preferred.
