Director, FP&A Consolidation Corporate

What You’ll Do for Us:

As the Director FP&A Corporate Consolidation, you will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the end-to-end corporate consolidation process, ensuring the timely and accurate closing, reporting, and reconciliation of consolidated financial statements for global business segments. You will support the senior leadership, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), Investor Relations, and key finance stakeholders by producing high-quality management and statutory reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Leading actual (monthly and quarterly) closing as well as forecasting processes (Rolling Estimates & Business Plan), connecting multiple financial systems and monitoring data migration for reconciliation accuracy.

· Driving end-to-end UC volume and Net Sales Revenue (NSR) reporting processes, publishing reports for ELT, Controller’s Group, Investor Relations, Global Finance Operations, and other central functions.

· Developing, automating, and maintaining advanced financial models, dashboards, and management reporting packages using Excel, Power BI, and AI tools.

· Providing actionable data-driven insights, variance analyses, and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Audit, and Global Finance Operations) to deliver consolidation requirements and respond to ad hoc reporting needs.

· Leading process standardization and operational excellence initiatives for financial consolidation and controls, adopting agile ways of working to solve problems efficiently.

· Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in financial consolidation, analytics, and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Review, analyze, and validate financial data from multiple business segments; coordinate closely with business unit controllers to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.

· Develop, automate, and maintain complex financial models, dashboards, and management reporting packages leveraging advanced Excel, Power BI, and AI capabilities.

· Provide data-driven insights and variance analyses to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

· Partner with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Audit, to facilitate consolidation deliverables and ad hoc reporting as required.

· Drive standardization and process improvement initiatives for financial consolidation, reporting, and controls.

· Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in financial consolidation, analytics, and reporting.

Pay Range:

$148,000 – $169,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
