Senior Manager, Finance Operations Optimization Team

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, standardization, and transformation across global finance functions (RTR, Payroll, P2P, OTC). The position develops and maintains a scalable, transparent service delivery model, leveraging best practices and innovation to ensure cost-effective, resilient operations.   • Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture across global teams.

  • Track and manage operational costs, implementing cost control and transparent reporting.

4. Leadership & Strategic Partnership

  • Advise senior executives and functional heads on operational optimization.

  • Build strategic partnerships for best practice sharing and innovation.

  • Represent the organization in global forums and industry events.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations, process optimization, or global business service management.

  • Expertise in service catalogue management, process mapping, policy governance, risk management, and technology strategy.

  • Proven leadership of large, cross-functional, multi-geographic teams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with digital transformation (RPA, IA, AI/Gen AI, cloud technologies).

  • Ability to drive organizational change and foster innovation.
