Analyst, Strategic Insights & Tools
The Analyst, Strategic Insights & Tools will support the Category Strategy & Insights team in developing and automating best‑in‑class analytics and reporting solutions for the Advanced Hydration division at The Coca-Cola Company. This role will build and manage Excel‑based tools, maintain Nielsen and Circana hierarchies, and implement quality assurance measures to ensure accurate, reliable reporting. The analyst will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy to deliver actionable insights, support ad‑hoc requests, and create clear, compelling presentations for stakeholders. This role will report to the Director of Strategic Insights & Tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Orchestrate the development of a best-in-class business analytics platform by optimizing end-to-end workflows and automating reporting through technologies such as Visual Studio and Python.

Develop & Manage Sales/Shopper Data Reporting, combining several different data sources to create One Source of Truth throughout the Advanced Hydration Categories we play in (Sports Drinks, Flavored Water, Premium Water & Hydration Enhancers).

Create Excel Based tools that align with company objectives (ex: Innovation Tracking, Competitive Analysis, Brand Deep-Dives).

Manage Nielsen & Circana Database Hierarchies to ensure accuracy & alignment with the Companies Category Definitions.

Provide Training on Sales & Shopper based tools/reports and being an analytics resource across the organization.

Demonstrated ability to create high quality PowerPoint presentations and deliver clear, engaging presentations.

Strong understanding of Sales, Shopper Panel & Consumer Insights data and how to leverage insights.

Support Marketing, Finance & Sales Organization on Ad-Hoc Data Requests.

Develop Quality Assurance Measures to ensure Accuracy in Reporting.

Share pertinent & thorough updates supporting new technology, reporting capabilities, system developments, and enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science degree is a plus)
-
0-2 years relevant analytical experience required
-
Hybrid model at Atlanta office required (3 days in-office)
-
Advanced Excel (with experience presenting data models required) and PowerPoint
-
Team player with exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
-
Demonstrated business acumen, attention to detail, and time‑management abilities
PREFERRED:
-
Experience with one or more of the following: Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI
-
Experience building reports using POS and syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana)
-
Experience leveraging insights tools and platforms (e.g., Kantar, Mintel, PlacerAI, Euromonitor)

Pay Range:
$92,700 – $114,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
7.5
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
