Sr Manager, Business Opportunity, KOF

What You’ll Do for Us
- Sets direction for business opportunity identification across the region, using deep expertise in regional market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and system economics to define where to win and prioritize resources for maximum value creation.
- Supports the development of long-term business growth frameworks, integrating sophisticated KPI tracking, predictive analytics, and advanced Revenue Growth Management methodologies to drive sustained improvement in consumer engagement, market share, revenue per case, and profitability.
- Governs an enterprise-level business opportunity tracking model, ensuring proactive detection of risks and opportunities, and that annual and multi-year execution plans are fully supported across all channels and system partners.
- Understanding of consumer, shopper, and customer behavior, transforming insights into high-impact commercial strategies that accelerate volume growth, improve mix, and strengthen overall system margin.

- Manages and inspires high-performing cross‑functional teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovative thinking across the Coca-Cola system.
- Guides the region in identifying future growth bets, quantifying market opportunities and risks, recommending resource allocation and system investments aligned with long-term sustainable growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree strongly preferred (MBA or equivalent highly valued).
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in RGM, data analytics, strategy, or commercial roles within global consumer packaged goods; deep exposure to brand building, market execution, and customer development required.
- Proven expertise in regional business planning, forecasting, and commercial performance management, including experience overseeing multi-country markets or large, complex business portfolios.
- Demonstrated ability to build and leverage strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, mobilizing cross-functional teams to deliver against shared objectives.
- Strong command of system financials, RGM levers, P&L drivers, and broader economic forces influencing consumer packaged goods industries.
- Experience leading strategic projects using agile methodologies or the ability to quickly adopt and embed agile project-management practices.
