Focus, Scope, and Impact:

The Strategic Growth Director play a critical role in driving business growth of Great China and Mongolia through Long-Range Plan (LRP) and strategic projects in collaboration with Marketing (MKT), Customer & Commercial Leadership (C&CL), Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, HR, PACS, and in partnership with bottling groups.
What You’ll Do for Us:

LRP: Localize the global growth strategy, identify long-term growth opportunities and challenges, orchestrate LRP co-creation process and develop LRP documents with focus on mainland China.

ABP: Partner with Finance during annual budgeting exercise, lead ABP co-creation process, ensure quality of the business case and its consistency with LRP.

Portfolio Strategy: Drive Still category growth with strategic inputs, leveraging analytic view on macro, consumer, channel, competitor and internal benchmarks.

In-house consultant: Bring LRP/ABP paper to life, lead or participate in strategic project, structuring its ways of working, facilitating content building, driving implementation and iteration.

Communication: Effectively communicate strategic insights and plans with system stakeholders, using compelling storytelling whitepaper and visual aids (PPT).

Perform other job‑related duties as assigned, in response to evolving business needs and market dynamics
Requirements & Qualifications
-
Experience: Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Strategy, Consulting, Business Planning, Marketing, or Finance roles with proven records in driving growth through strategic planning and implementation. FMCG experience is a must.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to synthesize diverse business insights to develop holistic business approaches.

Cross-functional Knowledge: Broad understanding of multiple business functions.

Storytelling: Skilled in crafting compelling narratives and strategic papers/designs in PPT or Word format.

Resilience and Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks with resilience and adapt to changing priorities.

Team Collaboration: Proven team player capable of managing stakeholder opinions and driving consensus.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese, capable of navigating differing viewpoints and building alignment across opinion leaders..
