Senior Director, Marketing – Stills (ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit)
ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) Operating Unit (OU) Marketing is undergoing a step-change to deliver more balanced, sustainable growth, powered by deeper consumer intimacy, stronger integration, accelerated innovation, and data- and tech-enabled precision marketing. Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Strategy crafting (including creative, E2E, growth, BVA, innovation). As the ASP OU Stills category lead, you will be more focused on LRP and OU-wide projects while within markets the focus is ABP creation / operationalization.
- Accelerate Stills global brands (Fuze, Powerade, Minute Maid) performance in ASPOU
- Lead LRP and OU-wide programs in partner with Global Stills team, the ASP OU Stills network and other OU functions : 1) Define category/ brand growth/ innovation strategies addressing human needs and occasions in an edgy and sustainable way 2) Own brand bundles, creative, shopper and design 3) Lead w/ IMX OU-wide consumer/shopper strategies/ programs, that will be further deployed by the markets
- Drive marketing performance and ROI leveraging data, tech, AI and capabilities. Has OU category P&L accountability.
- Enable and activate the OU Stills network to ensure coordination, collaboration, excellence balancing scale with intimacy.
- Develop an engaged team (direct reports and indirectly through the Stills network) of high performers and world class marketers.
Experience & Critical Requirements
- Significant marketing and leadership experience (12 years+), including insight & analytics, brand/portfolio strategies, innovation, complex marketing programs management and P&L ownership
- Worked in/with all relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category/brand positioning & growth strategy
- Led scaled, complex, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and projects
- Led and developed teams directly
- Advanced business. Commercial acumen

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; influential skills with senior executives
