Manager, Quality, Safety and Environment Agile Support
As a key member of the QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) team, you will provide expert support to regional QSE teams from a central hub in Turkey. You will drive QSE foundation programs, manage complex QSE data systems, and deliver actionable insights to bottling partners and internal stakeholders while ensuring that QSE processes and reporting are robust, efficient, and enable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide advanced support to Franchise QSE leads across the region on QSE Foundation programs (Marketplace Age monitoring, Manufacturing Quality, Consumer Complaint handling, Proficiency, Water & Ingredient Monitoring, Corrective Action Plans), including data collection, analysis, reporting, and tracking resolution with all relevant internal and external partners.

Act as the expert contact for fountain operations and customer communications, managing key accounts and relationships with bottling partners.

Lead the monthly KPI reporting process for all QSE metrics, ensuring robust data validation, in-depth analysis, and clear communication to stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence by utilizing advanced quality tools and methodologies, identifying root causes, and developing improvement actions.

Own and manage the QSE library, digital share portals, and regional databases, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information for the entire technical organization.

Provide hands-on support to Health & Safety and Supplier Management teams on data reporting, database management, and process optimization.

Proactively identify opportunities to streamline QSE procedures and digitalize reporting systems, creating greater efficiency and value for the business.

Participate in cross-functional projects to improve QSE performance in regional bottling plants and operations.

Deliver training, coaching, and onboarding for less experienced team members and interns, sharing best practices and expert knowledge.

Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and group standards.

Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the company.
Skills & Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

2–3 years of professional experience in QSE, quality assurance, health & safety, manufacturing, or a related technical field (internships and early career roles included).

Strong command of English; Additional regional languages are a plus.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as effectively within a multicultural, multi-ethnic business environment.

Advanced analytical, data management, and reporting skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration portals.

Service-oriented, committed team player with drive to add value and deliver results in a dynamic and evolving operating environment.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in project management and process improvement preferred.

Ability to understand operational risks and adapt to change quickly.

Proven ability to deliver training or guidance to less experienced employees.

High attention to detail, discipline, and organizational skills.
