This is a critical role to continuously introduce new processing and filling technology to and be the trustworthy investment expert with our bottlers
Bottler’s manufacturing facilities master

Be the key contact window to bottlers; Engineering team

Provide forward-looking beverage industry technical insights

Familiarize bottlers’ manufacturing master plan by line
Bottler’s Long term CAPEX plan co-creator
-
Partner long range CAPEX plan from design perspective
-
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.

Handle risk management, project adjustments, and ensure smooth execution.
Bottler’s Short term CAPEX advisor
-
Partner Technical Commercialization Team and Packaging team on capex validation
-
Advice the best investment approach given business context
Ambassador of New Technology introduction
-
Introduce New technology to bottlers in pilot scale for quality, productivity and sustainability purpose through platform like GTEC and FOTF
-
Partner ETA to bring external technology trials to bottler’s
People Capability Development and Succession Planning
-
Develop and implement programs for employee capability enhancement and manufacturing technical expertise within TISC and bottlers
-
Identify and prepare manufacturing technical talent for future leadership roles within TISC
Operational Efficiency & Cost Reduction
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Identify and eliminate waste in production processes, improving time and cost effectiveness with bottlers
-
Implement energy-saving initiatives to optimize resource usage and reduce operational expenses.
Innovation & Technology Adoption
-
Lead the adoption of new technologies to improve productivity and product quality.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
Sustainability & Environmental Impact
-
Partner with Sustainability Team, focusing on practices that results in energy conservation, resource recycling, and carbon footprint reduction.

Introduce eco-friendly technologies and practices to minimize environmental impact.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and lead sustainability initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
-
Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external bottlers through T-Leap platform.

Engage global stakeholders in GTEC and FOTF to socialize and bring ideas to local practices to live.
Employee Engagement & Retention
-
Develop initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retain top talent.

Cultivate a culture of teamwork and open communication to ensure high employee Engagement.
Requirement
-
Bachelor degree, preferably in Engineering background
-
Fluent in both English and Japanese
-
5+ year in Manufacturing Excellence manager roles / Engineering manager roles in large Beverage companies (Local or Foreign)
-
Beverage Manufacturing knowledge, incl. Energy & sustainability
-
Advanced packing line understanding
-
Basic Civil engineering and Mechanical equipment
-
Project management skills
