Internship – Scientific & Regulatory Affairs
To build a structured ingredient regulatory mapping and claims dashboard across ASEAN markets that helps identify regulatory risks and innovation-related claims (e.g., hydration, functional, cognitive support, low sugar) that are permissible by category and market. This dashboard will support cross-functional teams in product innovation and go-to-market strategy.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Review global standards and national food regulations to map out current ingredient permissibility and risk
- Compilation of nutrition and functional claims allowance by beverage category as well as cross-functional, cross-category products in the markets
- Creation of a green/amber/red dashboard in Excel or Power BI
- Collaboration with SRA leads to verify local accuracy
- Value add with creative propositions and suggestions
Education Requirements:
- University and Polytechnic students in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field. Research-oriented, detail-focused, basic Excel/Power BI skills.
