We are looking for a CPS AR Safety Intern to join our team — someone who is passionate about safety and hygiene, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a university student in Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Hygiene or Industrial Engineering g  (third year onward), curious, proactive, and excited to collaborate across teams. You will gain hands-on experience in a global working environment, supporting safety processes in manufacturing, digitalizing tools, and working directly with key partners in maintenance, manufacturing, procurement, and supplier management.

What you’ll do for us?

In this role, you will:

  • Identify safety and health risks/opportunities, applying problem-solving tools to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of processes.
  • Support compliance maintenance and participate in ISO 45001 audits as well as internal Coca-Cola safety requirements.
  • Keep key safety documentation up to date, including risk assessments and SOPs.
  • Maintain and enhance safety signage across the plant.
  • Conduct safety inductions for new employees.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance team, monitoring SAP notifications for safety-related repairs and improvements.

What are the qualifications needed

  • Education: Ongoing university studies in Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Hygiene or Industrial Engineering (third year onwards) — must remain an active student for the duration of the internship.
  • Experience: No previous work experience required.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Languages: Advanced English — able to read technical documents, complete training, and engage in conversations with colleagues and visitors in English.
  • Knowledge areas: Ability to identify risks in production areas, interest in digitalization projects, metric improvement and analysis.
  • Soft skills: Effective communication, proactivity, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal interaction.
  • Ideal profile: Energetic, curious, willing to ask questions, investigate, and propose new ideas. Able to show results and progressively gain autonomy during the internship.

What we’ll do for you?

  • Opportunity to work in a global company with world-class safety standards and processes.
  • Gain hands-on experience in safety management, process improvement, and digital tools like Power BI.
  • Professional growth through mentorship, training programs, and exposure to international teams.
  • Access to employee events, wellness initiatives, and networking opportunities.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting while contributing to meaningful projects that enhance safety and efficiency in our operations. At Coca-Cola, your ideas matter — and your growth is our priority.
