Revenue Growth Management Intern

FOCUS, SCOPE & IMPACT

  • Support and implement integrated system RGM approach and develop plans & actions to support topline revenue growth and margin expansion by better targeting all key stakeholders (Consumers, Shoppers, and Customers); inclusive of revenue pools, bold OBBPC approaches to drive optimized pack price architecture, assortment, SKU optimization, innovation, value to market playbooks for online and offline channels, price terms and conditions and promo spending
  • Understand, analyze, and connect various RGM drivers related to business performance and identify and leverage all key consumer-centric & customer-relevant value propositions that will drive adoption and scale, leading all aspects of the strategic RGM initiatives inclusive of outlet and shopper segmentation, value to market, and execution
  • Support successful deployment and utilization of digital analytics tools related to RGM

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently a 3rd year University degree student with a planned graduation in 2026 (including but not limited to engineering, economics, and management)
  • Fluent in English

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven strategic & analytical competency as well as outstanding influencing skills
  • Ability to conduct strategic analysis on his/her own, define priorities and incorporate into RGM agenda
  • Internal & external communication of the RGM agenda, market- and OU-specific business opportunities
  • Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial and brand management
  • Desirable to have candidates with experience in professions such as FMCG, management consultancy, CEO Office

POTENTIAL PROJECTS & FOCUS AREAS

  • Support in RGM Annual Business Planning & Long-Range Planning processes not only region-wide, but also for specific countries in collaboration with bottling partners
  • Support deployment & roll-out of Mix Management Program in our OU
  • Lead country-specific ad-hoc RGM projects with regional RGM Leads
  • Drive RGM Analytics and Automation Agenda – namely, provide RGM guidance & input to Data Analytics Team, track completion and push for progress
  • Support RGM Capability Agenda – drive Learning & Development projects to deploy RGM capabilities within System & community in collaboration with rest of the RGM and Learning & Development Team
