Production Scheduler

This role is essential for checking our production plans, making sure workloads are balanced and productive, and following our safety, environment, and quality guidelines. What You'll Do for Us:
As a Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for:
Leading the Production Rough Cut Capacity Process, evaluating the feasibility of production plans based on various availability and requirement scenarios.
Delivering balanced and efficient labor and equipment workloads, while aligning with our security, environmental, quality, and productivity standards.
Serving as the main functional link between the Production team and the Supply Planning Process (SPP), Planning, and Shared Services areas.
Facilitating volume-related dialogues, metrics tracking, and mid-term analysis for the Production team.
Managing the Rough Cut Capacity Process, including overseeing the weekly scheduling and Planning Boards.
Negotiating and managing SPP and stakeholders' requirements and routines to ensure seamless operations.
Conducting mid-term analysis to forecast future production needs and potential challenges.
Overseeing the Product Portfolio to ensure optimal production strategies and alignment with market demands.
Developing and maintaining metrics and reports to monitor production performance and drive continuous improvement.
What are the Qualifications Needed:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in managing capacity planning processes and familiarity with Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in production planning software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering a cohesive and results-driven environment.
