Senior Director, Warehouse Operations (Chilled)

The Senior Director, Chilled Warehousing is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing both company-owned and third-party (3PL) chilled warehouse operations. As our SR. Director, you will lead a high-performing team focused on optimizing storage, transportation, and customer service across the chilled supply chain network. Leveraging deep operational expertise, the leader will design and execute strategies that ensure efficiency, scalability, best-in-class service delivery and should reside within close proximity to our Atlanta GA or Auburndale FL Plant.
Key Responsibilities/Operational Leadership Duties
- Design and implement structured operational routines to drive excellence across company-owned and third-party logistics (3PL) operations, leveraging a tiered approach tailored to their respective size, scope, and complexity.
- Develop a comprehensive Warehousing and Distribution Strategy for the chilled network, optimizing capacity, network footprint, and distribution channels, including strategic selection and management of partners.
- Serve as the primary liaison between assigned 3PL partners and Main Street, ensuring alignment and seamless communication across functional teams within the NAOU organization (transportation, finance, customer service, planning, engineering, commercialization, etc.).
- Collaborate with Innovation and Commercialization teams to enable and support successful product launches and commercialization initiatives.
- Partner with Supply Chain Services to ensure all relationships are governed by robust supply agreements that meet financial, legal, and strategic requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and KO requirements for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline preferred.
- 10+ years of supply chain operations experience, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods industry.
- Working knowledge of the Coca-Cola system is a plus.
- Strategic thinking and strategy development needed.
- Up to 50% travel.

Pay Range:
$162,000 – $188,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
