HR Analyst II – Development Processes

You are applying for the position of HR Analyst II – Development Processes.
What we expect from you:
- Prepare talent for the future by designing and implementing development initiatives that anticipate skills and empower everyone to meet the challenges related to business transformation.
• Implement annual individual and collective development plans.
• Execute and monitor the progress of the annual development plan, seeking to enable courses/consulting services available on the market, based on mapped needs.
• Manage global development programs (leadership, undergraduate, and languages).
• Organize training according to internal standards (organization of the venue, materials, audio and video resources, etc.).
• Collect data and analyze the effectiveness of training.
• Monitor and update other L&D records and indicators, preparing reports and presentations whenever necessary.
• Develop new training partners/suppliers in order to maintain a good source of development conditions and offers.
• Proactively control training expenses.
• Conduct development campaigns/events according to the global and plant calendar.
• Maintain constant contact with the global People and Culture, Diversity (WISC), and Development (L&D) team, participating in monthly forums and meetings to translate, adapt, and implement training programs and practices.
What you need to have:
REQUIRED
- Education: Required – Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Desirable – Experience in training and development, preferably in an industrial/multinational environment.
• Languages: Mandatory – Advanced English (able to conduct meetings, write and review corporate documents). Desirable – Intermediate Spanish
• Technology: Desirable – Knowledge of AI and remote collaboration platforms/tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
• Complementary knowledge: Desirable – Basic labor legislation, T&D methodologies, competency-based management. Clear communication adapted to different cultures
• Behavioral skills: Desirable – Communication, planning, proactivity, adaptability.
