BODYARMOR is looking for a Paid Media Associate to join our team.

The Paid Media Associate will assist with the day-to-day responsibilities associated with paid media campaign planning and execution across the BASN portfolio of brands (BODYARMOR & POWERADE). These responsibilities include paid media strategy and negotiation; in-campaign optimization/post-campaign reporting, creative trafficking, billing reconciliation, as well as helping manage the media agency of record. This person will work collaboratively with the rest of the paid media team, as well as with the broader corporate marketing department spanning brand marketing, creative, partnerships, PR, social, and shopper/field marketing. Coverage will span national, regional, and international (Canada) media campaigns.

The Paid Media Associate will play a crucial role in the strategy and implementation of BASN’s paid media campaigns. Overall, priority media channels include paid social, digital, programmatic, outdoor, TV/streaming, radio, and search, but all media channels will be considered and potentially activated against. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills coupled with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Assist media team with paid media strategy and implementation across paid social, programmatic, digital, OOH, TV, paid search, radio, and new media for all brands.
  • Collaborative team member responsible for the negotiation and planning with external media partners.
  • Work directly with media agency of record to, among other things, execute media plans and reconcile budgets.
  • Liaise with internal field marketing and customer marketing teams to deliver regional paid media plans in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Assist with the execution of international (Canada) paid media campaigns to support our international business segment.
  • Review and align all “Traffic and QA” creative assets across all paid media tactics ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Responsible for maintaining the budget setting and reconciliation for the department relating to vendor invoice processing and collaboration with finance
  • Accurately and efficiently support the execution of a variety of Media plans ranging in budgets from <$1M to $20M+.
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders, budget, and timing constraints in a professional, efficient manner.
  • Oversee the product, merchandise, and equipment shipments tied to strategic media partnerships ensuring accuracy and efficient processing of requests.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minium of 1 year Paid media experience required
  • Hybrid schedule in Whitestone, New York office required (3 days in-office)
  • Experience working directly with media agency required
  • Creative trafficking experience required
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently both individually and as a team operating in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Strong Project Management, organizational, and team collaboration skills required
  • 15% travel required

Pay Range:
$80,000 – $90,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
