Sales Director, Domino's

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
- Deliver value-based selling strategies to franchisees, aligning solutions to drive mutual profitability & volume growth
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with franchisees and bottlers, fostering collaboration and alignment on business objectives
- Lead the execution of national commercial, marketing, and operational initiatives across all franchisees
- Leverage relationships & collaborate with bottlers to ensure operational execution
- Translate national business plans into locally relevant execution strategies
- Monitor performance metrics and leverage insights to optimize program impact and return on investment
- Serve as the primary liaison between national leadership, bottler partners, and franchisees to maintain alignment, resolve issues, and accelerate growth
- Influence and engage cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution of strategies and initiatives
- Conduct regular business reviews with key buying influences in order to monitor relationships, develop strategies and review operational and/or personal value created for the customer by The Coca-Cola Company
- Develop an ongoing understanding of customer’s business needs, issues and opportunities with various customer buying influences in order to develop viable solutions
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Related Work Experience:
5-7 Years’ Experience

- Conduct Regular Business Reviews with Customers
- Create & Communicate a Business Point of View Gather, assess and interpret feedback
- Build Business Plan/Solution/Contingency Plan
Travel – Approximately 30 percent

Pay Range:
$141,000 – $165,200
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
