Senior Manager, CPS Analytics and Data Visualization
At the Coca-Cola Company, we value the power of data and the insights it can provide to drive our business operations. We are currently seeking a professional with a strong background in data research, analysis and visualization. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating data mining architectures, models, protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies.
What You’ll Do for Us:
- Performing complex data research and analysis to support business operations.
- Creating data mining architectures, models, protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets.
- Leading/managing projects and/or processes and coaching lower-level professionals in visualization and analysis best practices.
- Making improvements or recommended enhancements to KPIs and reports to enhance performance.
- Solving problems through drawing from prior experience, analysis and interpretation of internal or external issues.
- Influencing others towards a data driven culture.
- Collaborating with key business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A University Degree (Bachelor) or equivalent experience in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of prior relevant experience in data research, analysis, and data mining in a business operations context.
- Proven experience in creating data mining architectures, models, protocols, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as a seasoned professional, leading/managing projects and/or processes, and coaching professionals.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw from prior experience, analyze and interpret internal or external issues, and modify these to come up with solution definitions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence others.
- In depth knowledge of Power BI and Semantic Modeling
- Strong knowledge of SQL and DAX

Pay Range:
$148,000 – $166,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
15
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
