Senior Director, Data Services
The Senior Director will lead the creation and management of innovative, data-driven solutions to drive growth and market leadership. This strategic role involves strategic oversight of data analytics, master data management, and the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business strategies. Additionally, the Senior Director will support the CPS Master Data Organization by defining and implementing data standards that align with business initiatives and SAP Master Data solutions, ensuring seamless integration across organizational boundaries, both within CPS and with stakeholders across the TCCC enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Champion innovative approaches in managing and developing data service strategies to achieve competitive advantage and transformational growth.
- Lead and communicate cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration with IT, platform services and CPS to drive unified data strategies, while ensuring data integrity through master data management.
- Provide governance and ensure adherence to standards for high-quality outputs.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, actively developing and enforcing best practices in data management and governance.
- Lead a team of global specialists accountable for the execution of master data creation and maintenance requests globally, ensuring that all requests meet and exceed service level agreements.
- Track and improve performance and provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to ensure the effectiveness of master data within CPS.
Data Analytics & Insights:
- Utilize advanced analytics, modeling, and simulation to address business challenges with innovative solutions.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to reveal trends and generate actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Develop robust data mining architectures and models, highlighting use cases that have driven measurable improvements in operational efficiency or customer service improvement or insights.
Strategic Business Development:
- Influence organizational growth by identifying and leveraging data-driven insights to lead strategic actions.
- Lead research initiatives that align with strategic growth objectives, optimizing business processes through rigorous analysis.
- Design and refine business processes for Master Data Maintenance, embedding the Business Excellence Model to enhance existing processes and design new ones, expanding the scope of the Data Centre.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Act as an advocate for data-driven decision-making, utilizing visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights effectively across the enterprise.
- Foster strong cross-departmental relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration on data initiatives that enhance business value.
- Establish comprehensive data collection standards for global reporting, ensuring consistency and accuracy of information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
- 10-15+ years of business experience, with 7+ years in leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience with BI systems, big data analytics, and master data management.
- Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and master data management.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills, with a track record of fostering innovation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders across 19 plants in 17 countries.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

Pay Range:
$224,100 – $257,600
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
50
