Manager, Vending Digital Marketing

Coke ON Platform Development

This role is to lead functional development of Coke ON, the Vending loyalty and eCommerce program. Maximize user engagement, develop functions of Coke ON including cashless functions such as Coke ON Pay, and new capabilities for the new business models.

Understand shopper behavior and business operations in depth to identify user front UX, functions as well as business operation needs to design the optimal service design, take leadership in system development and involvement of key business stakeholders

What You’ll Do for Us

• Identify business issues/improvement potentials, drive business requirement definition, product planning, designing, managing development and deployment of Coke ON and cashless platform
• Manage development budget and process of the vendors
• Enhance and transform Coke ON/cashless platform capabilities with the understanding of our business models, Coke ON architecture, vending equipment and operation & system processes of the bottlers
• Influence the bottlers to enhance their operational and system capabilities along with the evolution of the digital platform
• Develop/enhance strong partnership with technology and cashless players to provide competitive services to the consumers 

What We'll Need From You

• At least three years of experience in system/product development management or direction in consumer service, interacting with marketers, UX designers, designers, engineers or IT vendors

• Ability to understand business and operational implications, to define both business and technical requirements for the digital service platform
• Ability to understand the system architecture including application, infrastructure and cloud technologies
• New business planning and development experience
• Experience in eCommerce, Payment services is a strong plus
• Strong numerical and analytical skills and presentation skills 
• Project Management  

• Critical thinking and decision making 

• Strong leadership with effective communication and collaboration skills 

• Self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset towards business development
