Senior Manager, Customer Commercialization Integration Lead

The Senior Manager, Customer Commercialization Integration Lead is responsible for bringing consumer and channel strategies to life with customers. Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, this role equips customer-facing teams with actionable tools and activation resources that align to both Coca-Cola priorities and customer growth objectives. This is a newly defined role that will report into the Senior Director II, Consumer & Channel Strategy within the FSOP Customer Value & Growth team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate consumer and channel strategies into practical programs, toolkits, and activation plans that customer teams can deploy with bottlers and partners
  • Support the creation of compelling sell-in narratives, presentations, and frameworks that clearly communicate Coca-Cola’s value proposition rooted in consumer insights
  • Equip customer-facing teams with best practices to enable effective national and local execution
  • Collaborate across Brand, RGM, Account and Channel teams to support unified go-to-market execution
  • Track program adoption for priority areas and help establish and monitor KPIs to continuously improve commercialization outcomes
  • Manage the team’s core routines, communications, and intake processes to ensure prioritization, resource alignment, and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of go-to-market processes, customer planning cycles, and selling strategies
  • Experience supporting or coordinating cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong project management, organizational, and collaboration skills, with experience managing team routines, intake, and operational processes
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills; able to present and simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
  • Analytical and results-oriented mindset with attention to operational details and process improvement
  • Passion for delivering commercial impact through effective execution
  • 5-8 years of experience in customer marketing, commercial planning, brand commercialization, account management, or customer strategy, ideally within CPG, FSOP, retail, or similar environments. BA required, MBA preferred.

Pay Range:
$126,000 – $147,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
