Director, Quality Assurance

The Director of Quality Assurance will strategically lead all aspects of quality management and food safety for Coca-Cola’s production operations. This high-impact leadership role requires extensive experience in quality assurance processes and systems, as well as exceptional leadership capabilities to champion operational efficiency, compliance, and brand trust.

 

What You’ll Do for Us  

  • Develop and implement Coca-Cola’s quality vision, strategy, and objectives to align with company goals and brand standards.

  • Lead readiness and responses for audits by regulatory agencies and certification bodies.
  • Proactively identify risks in manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution channels, implementing preventive measures to protect product quality and brand reputation.
  • Direct responses to significant quality incidents, including root cause analyses and corrective/preventive actions, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive innovation in quality assurance processes, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies and analytics to improve efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness. • Identify key trends, emerging risks, and process gaps to enhance Coca-Cola’s quality programs and achieve best-in-class standards. Qualifications & Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field required.

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the food/beverage manufacturing industry.

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with food safety regulations, quality systems, and global compliance standards

•Extensive aseptic processing experience – dairy & juice preferred

•Organic processing experience

Proven track record of managing large-scale quality programs across multiple regions and facilities

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

• Strong team building and mentorship skills to inspire high-performing talent.

• Executive presence with a collaborative and strategic mindset. Technical Skills: • Expertise in quality assurance frameworks (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSMA). • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management (TQM).

• Advanced analytical skills with experience in data systems automation and quality performance reporting. Key Competencies Required

Pay Range:
$140,000 – $155,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
