Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of innovative engineering solutions for Coca-Cola’s global equipment platforms.
  • Establish and implement technical standards across mechanical, fluidics, and electrical disciplines.
  • Foster partnerships with global suppliers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Lead a collaborative engineering team to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.

People Leadership Responsibilities

This role oversees a team of 12 direct reports, including product managers, delivery leads, and embedded engineers across various engineering disciplines. Additionally, this role fosters collaboration with dotted-line reports from Design, Digital, Data & AI, and Equipment Services teams to ensure alignment and deliver on strategic objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree in engineering, technology management, or a relevant field, with 15+ years of experience in leading engineering teams and platform innovations at scale. Expertise in technical leadership and fostering cross-functional collaboration is essential. Additional qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in driving engineering excellence across large-scale product platforms.
  • Technical expertise in core engineering disciplines such as fluidics, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities in diverse and multi-cultural environments.
  • Stakeholder management skills, with experience driving alignment between technical teams and business objectives.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable engineering solutions.

Pay Range:
$192,100 – $223,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
